NE Construction, LLP is a financially stable company
that has been on a constant rate of growth since inception.
We have no outstanding liabilities, except for normal
business purchases of supplies and materials, which
are paid monthly. We implement a flexible administrative
system allowing us to better serve and accommodate
our Clients’ needs. Our projects are completed
in a timely manner, where most are ahead of schedule
and within budget.
We are a hands-on organization that wants to get projects
done to the complete satisfaction of our Clients,
and at the best possible cost without compromising
quality. We have crews and forces in-house that are
readily available when needed to control costs, ensure
quality and to aid with any issues that may arise
during a project. Any concerns our Clients may have
regarding dependency on subcontractors is alleviated
by maintaining these forces within our organization.

Customer satisfaction is a primary goal of both Mr.
Nicholas and NE Construction, LLP Since the company
has been in existence, there have been no projects
that were not completed as agreed or have had a customer
indicate any dissatisfaction through legal action.
